Research Staff

The Institute of Collaborative Innovation (ICI) invites applications for Research Assistants for the laboratories under the Centre for Cognitive and Brain Sciences (CCBS). The appointees are expected to have practical experience in using neuroimaging software and also have the capability for processing neuroimaging data for the centre including eye tracker, fNIRS, fMRI/MRI, EEG, TMS, tDCS, and rTMS data. Initial appointment is up to 12 months with a possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in radiography, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or related fields, and software and data processing experience in fMRI/MRI, eye tracker, fNIRS, EEG, TMS, tDCS, and rTMS is preferred.

The selected candidate is expected to assume duty ASAP.

Remuneration
Remuneration offered will be competitive and commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% – 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
